AT&T
McAlvain has completed multiple projects for AT&T including the construction of a new switch room on the 5th floor of the AT&T main building including concrete work, rough/finish carpentry, plumbing, HVAC equipment, duct work and electrical. The construction of 4 regens transfer stations throughout Oregon. Work included: Construction of a new 250 sf CMU generator building, complete with generator and related gear. Also, general exterior upgrades to existing 200 sf equipment hut and former 85 sf generator hut. Replacement of 2 HVAC units, removal of existing generator, general power and alarm upgrades and up size of the electrical service upgrades. The construction of 5 regens transfer stations through-out Idaho. Construction included: demolition, concrete work, rough carpentry, roofing, duct work and electrical. Structures were built and generators and equipment upgrades were installed.
