ADA COUNTY COURTS PARKING COMPLEX

The completed public garage is a mixed-use structure.  It includes space for retail at the ground floor level, one parking level underground for long-term parking, and three levels of short-term parking above the ground level.  Underground tunnels were constructed for future pedestrian access to other developments on building pads to the south.

Provisions were made for future housing or office development to be constructed on the roof of the garage. The exterior of the garage will be modified when the housing/office development is constructed above the roof of the garage.
