AMERITEL INN HOTELS
Construction of multiple hotel projects throughout the North West for Ameritel Inns, Inc.  Hotel size ranges from 90 to 150 superior-quality rooms.  Each facility is built according to Ameritel standards, with specific alterations made for each property’s distinct locale. Each property was built on a fast-track schedule with continued involvement from McAlvain’s upper management. Job Scope consisted of: labor, materials, footings, foundation, slab on grade, column / composite deck concrete, vapor barrier under slab on grade, rigid insulation around foundation and all interior and exterior finish work.
