BOISE STATE ENGINEERING COMPLEX
The project consisted of the two new engineering buildings and minor modifications to the existing College of Technology Building and related site development. Work included concrete foundations and slabs-on-grade; brick masonry, structural steel superstructure; metal stud framing; exterior insulation finish system; aluminum storefront and glazing; modified bitumen membrane roofing; hollow metal doors and frames; suspended acoustical tile ceiling; HVAC systems; automation control system; fire alarm systems, and data and communication systems.
McAlvain Construction, Inc. formed a partnership with the Boise State University Foundation, our team of architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
The project would forever change the face of Boise State University’s Campus and was successfully completed by McAlvain, in less than one year, on schedule, and within budget.
