FARM BUREAU INSURANCE
A Design-Build project of 11,000 square feet on the first floor and an additional 2,000 square feet below grade.  The wood frame building is slab on grade with a brick stucco exterior and shingle roof. The design goal was to produce a single-story office building with a residential feel. The office contains a large open work space bordered on the perimeter by private offices. The board room offers flexibility with partitions to allow the room to be used for training sessions as well as large meetings. A large basement was designed to have enhanced levels of fire protection for the storage of records.
