IDAHO WATER CENTER

The Idaho Water Center is a 197,000 sq ft multi-use educational and retail facility. It is a cast in place concrete structure located at Front and Broadway Streets in Boise, Idaho. The work generally consisted of the construction of a 50,000 sq ft single level below grade parking structure (garage), a 197,000 sq ft six story class A office building with hydraulic and combustion labs; shell and core constructed on the garage podium; a landscaped and hardscaped plaza on the garage podium and adjacent site-work. Scope includes civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.
