LES BOIS JR. HIGH (Timberline High School)
An upscale suburban school facility constructed with brick faced CMU exterior walls and structural steel columns. The 137,000 square foot, two story building includes over 40 classrooms, a cafeteria and a gymnasium, with extra focus on acoustics in the cafeteria and gym. The scope of work included interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, the development of ten acres of site landscaping, parking, tennis courts and other recreational improvements.
McAlvain Construction successfully completed the project under budget and in a record setting 11 months.
