PA2/PA3

PA-2 is a 77,000 square foot cast in place below grade parking garage, one level (33,000 square feet) of retail, and five levels (160,000 square feet) with 144 wood framed residential units.

PA-3 is a 168,000 square foot four level steel structure with 155 residential units.  Building is constructed on top of an existing concrete parking structure.
