A seven story structural steel, 103,700 sf multiple occupancy building. 1st floor retail, 2nd fl oor parking, 3rd - 6th floors residential and the 7th floor being a roof top patio with an exercise facility. Brick, Stucco, Stone, and Granite makeup the outer skin of the building.
