Torry Jr. joins the family business to start his career as a 3rd generation contractor. Torry Jr. graduated from Boise State University in 2012 receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy with dual minors in both Economics and Construction Management.

Tony McAlvain retires from the family business after 24 years in the construction industry.
After 40 years of success in the construction industry, McAlvain Construction’s founder, Doug McAlvain, retired in 2000. His son, Torry McAlvain, Sr., then took over as President of the company.
Serena has left behind an industry reputation of always helping others in need. She had served on numerous boards, and contributed countless hours for charities. In her career Serena founded “Serena House”, which is a 4,000-square foot facility dedicated solely to mothers in need.
Doug and Serena’s two sons, Torry Sr. & Tony, begin their ownership into the company.
