Congratulations Ruth!

Ruth Fritts Lifetime Achievement Award Our own Ruth Fritts was recently honored by the National Association of Women in Construction with a Region Nine Lifetime Achievement Award. This award is in recognition of her contributions and dedication to NAWIC and the construction industry. Congratulations Ruth!!! Ruth has served as Environmental Safety and Health Director for McAlvain Group of Companies for 7 years and has worked within the industry since 1986. Ruth was also featured in a recent article in the Idaho Construction Review for the IBR about Women working in the construction industry becoming commonplace.
