McAlvain served as the CM/GC for this Remodel/Expansion of the University of Idaho Kibbie Activity Center.  Details include: New media and facilities operation box, club and event room, mini-suite seating, mechanical/HVAC and electrical systems improvements, audio/visual system improvements, and universal access improvements.
