Careful measures were taken to avoid not hitting the existing cables within the parking structure while preparing to pour footings for the PA-3 Building.
Civic Plaza PA-3 is a six-story 168,000 sq ft four level structural steel building with 155 steel framed residential units. Challenges to the project included the construction of the residential units on top of an existing concrete parking structure.
