I-84, 11th Avenue UPass

Construction of a new two lane 2-way bridge over I-84.  The new 11th Avenue bridge which replaces the old, is much wider than its predecessor and includes street lights, fencing and a sidewalk on the west side of the bridge.  The reconstruction of the bridge was required to allow the addition of one lane in each direction on I-84 between the Franklin and Garrity Boulevards.
