Micron NanoFab1

The Micron NanoFab1 is a 94,000 sq ft office and manufacturing facility. Project includes extensive Structural Concrete, MSC paneling, Electrical, Mechancial wet and dry, and Ultra Sensitive Projection equipment.  This facility will assist in the manufacturing process of Nano Technology including the production of high purity quartz masks that contain precision images of circuitry. Details of the facility include a Class 1 clean room, plenums, laboratories, office space, mechanical/electrical space, gas bunkers, chemical distribution rooms, de-ionized water polishing bay, docks and other FAB support areas.
