The complete renovation and expansion of the existing single level structure office building for the Shoshone-Bannock TWRD. Renovation consists of demolition of interior walls, finishes, millwork, and electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. New wood frame walls, finishes, millwork and electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems are part of the new construction of offices within the existing building. The addition includes an overbuild roof over part of the existing roof and new roof over the expanded office, conference and restroom areas. The renovation is approximately 2330 square feet and the addition is approximately 2660 square feet.

The project also includes the interior renovation of a small 465 square feet building as a water lab. Also included is a 4736 square foot garage for department vehicles and equipment. This building is masonry walls and wood roof structure with metal roofing. Also included in the work are the expanded and renovated parking area, sidewalks, and landscaping to accommodate the expanded facilities.
