Nampa WWTP Digester #3
The Nampa WWTP Digester #3 project consisted of: Demolition of existing sludge drying beds and associated piping, removal and relocation of existing truck shop, installation of a new 7,933 sq ft vehicle storage building, removal of existing generator and retrofit of existing generator room with a new boiler system, construction of a new 1 million gallon primary digester, construction of a new digester control building with associated yard piping, construction of a filtrate pumping station, construction of a new standby power generator building and associated generator system, installation of an above ground fuel storage tank system, construction of a new valve vault for the existing digester building, and installation of a new waste gas burner. The work also included miscellaneous structural and architectural upgrades, associated HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and controls, site civil and associated landscape/paving/site work. The project was completed on time and on budget. Existing plant operations were maintained at all times throughout construction.
